*The cash back rebate is available to Buyers who close on a real estate transaction using Realty10 as their sole and exclusive broker. The rebate must be requested prior to showings and closing, and is limited to a minimum real estate purchase of $100,000 and a maximum cash back of $15,000. The rebate is twenty-five percent (25%) of the Realty10 co-op commission at closing, net of any allowances or other deductions related to the transaction. All parties involved must be disclosed and agree to the rebate at time of first offer. The rebate cannot be combined with other offers or incentives. Buyer must seek legal or tax advice as there could be tax consequences to the rebate. The rebate is contingent on Buyer's lender approval.
